Helping to raise funds for the Foundation is its sister organization, the Florida Writers Association. This trade nonprofit of some 1,500 members will be hosting a Silent Auction at its annual writers conference October 23-26,  2014. Hundreds of writers, editors, publishers, film directors, and others in the industry will gather at the Orlando Marriott, Lake Marriott for a long weekend of writing workshops, networking opportunities, and award presentations. This auction will be a featured event, and the items will be promoted on FWF’s Silent Auction website.
